1. **Every Task Must Have an Owner**: Never leave a card unassigned.
2. **Explicit Deadlines**: Set task deadlines 48 hours before the university submission date to allow buffer for proofreading.
3. **Centralized File Attachments**: Attach rubrics, datasets, and draft PDFs directly to task cards so teammates aren't digging through group chat threads.
